Contech Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (CLSPL) was incorporated as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on December 23, 1993.

In 2009, CLSPL took its next step into international freight forwarding business with an object to carry business by road, sea transport and multimodal transport, clearing & transport of cargo of all kinds. CLSPL has been a registered port transporter at Mumbai Port Trust (MPT) and has its own MTO license which is essential for its COC activity.
